Subscription Agreement

All ServicePlus plans operate under JB Survey Limited’s standard trading terms. Subscriptions run for 12 months and are payable by monthly direct debit. Delivery and collection charges are included within plan pricing.

Service Coverage

Service applies to calibration of survey equipment and related instruments as defined in each contract. JB ServicePlus reserves the right to refuse service for items in unsafe or unrepairable condition.

Cancellations and Renewals

Early termination may incur a fee based on elapsed usage. Renewals are offered at the end of each term with options to upgrade or add equipment. Unused services do not carry forward or qualify for refund.

Liability and Insurance

Liability for equipment during hire or replacement remains the customer’s responsibility. Insurance for replacement units is available on request. JB ServicePlus is not liable for indirect loss or project delays arising from service suspension.

Data and Privacy

All customer data is handled in accordance with GDPR. Certificates and records are stored digitally and accessible via the customer dashboard.
